Mary Donne Peters represents high growth companies—including government contractors— often serving as outside general counsel. She has handled litigation matters in over thirty states. Before entering private practice, Mary Donne served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina and an Honors Attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department. Mary Donne began her career in private practice with a large national law firm in Atlanta but has spent the last two decades in a law firm that she co-founded with her partner Mike Gorby. Mary Donne is a frequent lecturer for national legal and business groups and the author of a book published by the world’s largest legal publisher. A passionate entrepreneur herself, Mary Donne is a member of the Women President’s Organization, a non-profit organization for women presidents, CEOs and managing directors of privately held, multimillion dollar companies.

Mary Donne holds licenses to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
