Alexis Kirksey’s expertise includes providing consultation to government and industry in all aspects of government contracting, including market research, solicitation and proposal preparation, contract accounting, contract administration, small business certifications, and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)/ Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance. Ms. Kirksey has created and delivered custom curriculum to over 20 colleges and universities, as well as local, state, and federal government agencies including the Department of Defense and the State of Georgia. Ms. Kirksey served as the Program Manager of The Contracting Education Academy at Georgia Tech from 2018 – 2021, where she was responsible for teaching and designing instructional materials for all stakeholders in the government contracting arena on a variety of topics. She has served as a Defense Acquisition University (DAU) equivalency instructor since 2015.

Alexis has an M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
